  • Extensive dispute resolution experience derived from 35 years practicing law in Canada, United States and the Middle East, including 22 years as General Counsel to major North American steel company all prior to thr establishment of Definitive ADR in 2014.
  • Directed client participation in several successfully mediated commercial disputes.
  • Including a major North American pipeline failure and $150 million multi-party steel mill and infrastructure construction lawsuit in Chicago in 2001, together with the resolution of many smaller matters typical of a large manufacturing company such as employment and labour law issues, accident and personal injury cases, environmental disputes, and securities law.
